• 1. You call and describe the tire. Give us your make, model, and year, where the car is, and what happened — a blowout on the highway, a nail you can see, a slow leak you noticed this morning. • 2. The van arrives stocked. Plug-patch kit, common 15"–20" sizes, a computerized balancer, and spare-install gear. If you're on a highway shoulder, the technician sets up high-viz strobes and cones and secures the scene before touching the vehicle.
